Shipping policy

At Nourish, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. During quieter periods, your order may be processed sooner.

Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards and arrives in excellent condition.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Nationwide Delivery

We offer both local and nationwide delivery in Ghana

Delivery fees vary depending on your location.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
We will contact you by phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp using the number provided at checkout to confirm your delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call.

If your order has not arrived within 2–3 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us with your name and order number, and we'll be happy to assist.
