Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nourish Your Skincare. We always aim to provide you with authentic, high-quality beauty products. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. Please review the policy below for details.

Returns

  • Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and labels.

Return Process

  1. Email us at contact@nourishyourskincare.co to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
  2. Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item (including proof of purchase).
  3. Send your return to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable or trusted source shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 4 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Exceptions

Please note, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or unsealed products
  • Damaged items not caused by us
  • Sale items
